This is a small but really nice place to stop for a short visit to the city. 10 min drive into cambridge. On city bus route. Gill Ashby gives you a real family welcome. My personal choice over the big named B&B'S. You can have your breakfast on the patio in nice weather in a lovely garden

An ideal stop over for a journey in the Cambridge area, the Ashby's are really friendly and welcoming to their home. It is located right next to the park and ride, so a bus ride into Cambridge is very convenient and cheap. A really nice place to stay whether it be for work or holiday.

We stayed in the twin room - not ensuite, but there was a lovely bathroom just across the hall. We came to the B&B desperately fleeing a horrible Premier Inn outside of Cambridge. The hosts Gill and Simon were extremely welcoming and kind. We stayed in two bedrooms, one a single and one a double twin. They sent us to a great local meal, and gave us a nice big breakfast in the morning. Hotels in Cambridge are expensive... More
