Hotel is poorly maintained - ice machines do not work, service is terrible and food quality is poor and over priced. What a very nice, peaceful and serene resort. The views are wonderful. Sherrie as well as the whole Gold Canyon Golf Resort staff were awesome. They are very pleasant and professional which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The food is excellent and the rooms are HUGE! We're looking forward to returning and next time we'll bring our golf clubs.

This place is probably OK for golfing, but a real disappointment for a girls' get-together, a romantic get-away, or about any other reason. I just spent a week here for a conference. Of the 90 or so casitas (suites or small mini-appts.), our group probably occuppied about 25% of the rooms. Unfortunately, the experience was generally unsatisfactory.
