This was the second time we had stayed at Swinside farm Guest House. Comfy beds, great breakfasts and a pub on the doorstep. Joanne & Rob are excellent hosts too.

A cosy little hideout tucked away within easy reach of Keswick. We loved the breakfast. The weather was too bad to explore around but I would certainly visit again to complete the exploration. Recommend it for sure.

Fantastic little B &B in the heart of the Lake District run by Joanne and family. Only a small number of rooms but guests are made to feel really welcome. Everything kept spotlessly clean and the cooked breakfasts are excellent. This is the third time we have stopped there .... recommendation in itself.
