When you first see Maple Bank you cant help but be very impressed with it. There is ample parking to the front and rear of the property and the gardens are well maintained. This is a lovely comfortable house and we received a friendly welcome. It's a great location, quiet but close to good restaurants for evening meals and ideally situated for walking. The owners were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were lovely and all in all we had a very relaxing break.

Excellent B&B. Score should be 7 out of 5 stars - everything was brilliant. A perfect stay without shadow of doubt. Picturesque location, very clean bedroom, beautiful breakfast, very nice and friendly owners. Perfect choice for hill walkers. Very close to Keswick.

Wonderful, peaceful bed and breakfast accommodation. Ideally situated for hill walkers as many interesting walks within easy access of B&B. 2 miles from centre of Keswick. Braithwaite has a choice of eateries nearby for evening meals.
