We participated in the weeklong "Taste of Marche" package offered by Caravanserraglio, which included for us visits to Urbino, Ascoli Piceno, Tolentino, Macerta,, San Severino, Porto San Georgio, and Assisi. Phaedra was our knowledgeable, enthusiastic and altogether charming guide. We returned in the evenings to lovely dinners with Ennio whcih consisted of delicious dishes of locally produced food and wines....
