I kept waiting for Basil to appear. We arrived and the staff had only just arrived a few days before Xmas. All very pleasant but there was no supervision at all in the Dining Room. We were on half board but a brief summary is they ran out of eggs at breakfast twice, coffee one morning, we had to set... More
