My stay at this hotel during January 2012 was overall excellent. The staff excelled in providing a friendly service second to none. Food is the best I have had on a ski holiday. Stayed for one week in January. Excellent. Saas Fee allows only electric vehicles in village so coach dropped us off at the bus station where we were met by the hotel vehicle which arrived to collect the luggage.
