I have just returned from a lovely week at this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, fantastic food and a wonderful spa area. Highly recommended. I stay in loads of hotels and cannot understand the negative comments. This is a super place and I certainly intend to return! More

Booked this through Thompson. The hotel has friendly staff who are always helpful. The restaurant serves a good quality multiple course meal esch evening, and anything you could want at breakfast. The Hotel Metropol was a great find. We booked it for a ski holiday through Crystal Finest. The hotel is in the middle of Saas Fee.
