“V Good Hotel, Nice Resort, Would I go back?....No”

Before I start let me say that I'm reveiwing the resort from the point of view of an intermediate/advanced skier. Booked this vacation through Crstyal Ski (TUI), Crystal reps were great particularly Lee who took us on a ski excursion to Saas Grund. BTW Lee I won 3 - 2. Be careful before you book this hotel. I agreed to a price, only to be informed by mail that I had to pay 40%!!! more than agreed before for no reason that concerned me.
