We travelled from the UK and stayed for a few days in early January 2012. We have stayed at the hotel before so knew that we would not be disappointed. Our family spent a week at the hotel and would recommend the Grand Hotel rooms. The Chalet rooms can become very hot in summer. The hotel, food, service and activities were exceptional and I would definitely recommend it. More

We've been there twice now and will definitely be back. Very easy access by car and train. Just 10 mins off the highway, yet you feel truly immersed in the Alps. Beautiful setting. The resort consists of several hotels interconnected by underground pathways. Book a mountain view room in the traditional Grand Hotel. Spa & wellness area is a find. I also recommend the hotel restaurant, actually awarded 13 Gault Millau points. Romantic hiking trails starting near the hotel. More

Great spa, great facilities for kids including a room in the Italian restaurant they can play in while you finish your meal in peace-highly recommended. More
