After a few action packed days in Paris, it was nice to unwind in Cochem. We stayed in one of the "Holiday Apartments", which was an incredible deal. We stayed at the Weingut Rieslingstub'n in mid-June 2011. A son and his family also stayed. We had a room with a bedroom and a kitchenette (for 60 euros a night). They had two bedrooms, two baths, and a sitting room/kitchenette. Their two young children appreciated the room to move around in, it felt like home to them. The rooms... More

This lovelly wine growers property is right by the chairlift and close to the town centre. We booked because we had drank wine here years before and liked the style of the winetasting room, plus its location. We are booked in again this June (2007).
