We received an excellent welcome and service from Sven and his staff. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a delight to stay there.

I only stayed here for one night but was made to feel very welcome. The manager was very helpful with details of the bus to Wernigerode which left from the bus stop opposite to the hotel. The room was warm.clean and cosy. Breakfast had a wide variety of food.

A member of the German "Historic Hotels" group, the Victoria is right in the centre of Bad Harzburg - handy for shops and restaurants, and a short walk from the Kurpark. They have 3 categories of rooms - we had the middle category which while not massive was of ample size and had a small balcony overlooking the pedestrianised zone.... More
