I travel to Bensheim somewhat frequently for work and always stay at the Felix. It's extremely comfortable and the owners are very easygoing. Very cozy hotel. Staff is friendly and courteous. Free Internet. Breakfast buffet is very rich and delicious. Food in the Restaurent is really excellent and delicious too.

Faulty heating even in general areas. Room with poor furniture and accessories. Bathroom with defects in door, shower and faucets.
