We provided our credit card number to book the hotel and reconfirmed again via phone call right before arrival. The Hotel Berghof was to be our first night in Germany after arrival from the states. After being awake more than 24 hours, we drove four hours to the property anticipating a wonderful stay. However, we found an extremely rude desk... More
