Tuebingen is a great town in Southwestern Germany. Hotel Garni Sand is a great choice for a hotel in the quieter part of town, above in the hills. Only about a 20 minute walk downtown or a 10 minute car or bus ride. The hotel has nicely decorated, extremely clean rooms with a great breakfast. Nearby forests offer wonderful opportunities for walks and hikes.
Each room has a nice sized bathroom and each room has a minibar. Don't overook this nice hotel, especially if you have a rental car as free parking is provided.
