The Hotel Eichsfeld is a no-frills typical German basic town hotel. Only a few minutes walk from the main station and about 10 minutes more through the town to the riverside.
My single room was big enough to be a double. Plenty of wardrobe space, a comfortable bed, but some rickety furniture. The bathroom was small as was the shower....
