The Ramot Resort is amazingly nice. Very modern rooms, superb breakfast, and beautiful public areas. Couldn't ask for a better place overlooking the Galilee. More

We took a log cabin with a second bedroom for the kids as per a friend's recommendation and we were impressed with the room and the views. Beautiful hotel, overlooking the whole Sea of Galilea. I advise to take one of the luxurious wooden huts, that give you a really high hotel standard combined with the romantic feeling of a little wooden hut with a private little balcony and garden, an open fire place and a jaccussi. very beautiful setting, but don't plan on swimming in the lake here. The beach they sent us to was filthy and dirty diapers on the beach doesn't make one feel good about swimming in the water. not too accommodating to Americans -- map only in Hebrew. This resort/hotel could be 5-star if a few issues were fixed. We stayed in a "deluxe chalet" cabin, which was wonderful. Well-appointed and nicely designed, like the lobby. Very nice amenities, excellent food in the restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, well-maintained pool, beautiful location with landscaping. I'm not a fan of piped-in music throughout the outdoor pathways, but oh well.... More
