The only thing to say about this place is 'OLD'. Old hall way, kitchen, bathroom, beds, etc... There isn't even wifi/internet except at the reception area... that is in another building! Really?!?... Chalet 3. Firstly dirty, pubic hair/hair on bedding, even hair on the supposedly clean and marked sheets! No decent duvet covers which were clean. Appalling, shoddy apartment, very poor soundproofing (could hear every word of neighbours), heating didn’t work one day took the management a day to fix without apology. No wi–fi anywhere. I would never go there again a complete rip off

Don't go to Val Thorens Immobilier. Bad apartment and furniture, stains in the mattresses, mattres cover is like a sheet of paper mache, apartment is overheated and no possibility to lower the temperature, staff charges high deposit amounts without explaining why. NOT recommended!

We were in Chalet 5 (which Crystal calls 3 for some reason), 14 of us, 10 travelling by overnight train (and therefore arriving early on the Saturday and leaving late the following Saturday) and 4 by daytime train. We stayed in the "Cerice" one of the chalets in Les Balcons. Reason for chosing Cerice We chose this place because they could accommodate large groups, and we wanted to go to Val Thorens for the great pistes and high altitude alpine offpiste possibilities..
