Rooms:
quite spacious for this price
very clean
big and clean bathroom
carpeted floor (and not cold tiles)
quiet (you do not hear your neighbours, neither talking nor taking bath)
despite the ban on smoking, someone did smoke in the room before us, so we had to keep the windows open
no air conditioner, so it probably might become hot...
