Stayed at the Kyriad for 4 nights to attend a large family reunion. The location is off the main highway into the city of Niort. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but everything is spread out like in an industrial park. There is also big box shopping stores within 1 km of this hotel.

The location is fairly handy as a stopover off the A10 en route to Bordeaux or Spain. But the hotel is located in a no-mans land of out-of-town shops and garages. The food in the Marche restaurant next door is not good and otherwise there is only a steak and burger place to eat, so much for French food culture!...
