We stopped at Chatelleraut on our way from Le Havre to Bordeaux. The town itself is nice and has a good food market on saturday morning. We contacted Godeleine Peteul via a google search. We were touring through France on motorbikes and arrived in Chatterault on the afternoon of 12th May 2011. A quick trip to the tourist office who recommended La Dulciniere, which is right in the centre of town and at about 80 Euros per room B&B sounded like good value.
