No surprise when you try an ACCOR HOTEL. Everything is perfectly as it meant to be. Nice service, close to the Futuroscope. I didn't book breakfast, but I when to have a look to check if it was worth it, and was very disappointed, compared to other Novotels I tried. Both the breakfast room and the buffet were disappointing.

Everything was acceptable, but for Mercure hotel we expected a lot better, mainly with the location. It is situated in commercial/ industrial area, complete deserted on weekend's nights. Didn't feel safe there.

Two nights at this hotel resulted in around 60 insect bites between the two of us. If you stay here, do not, under any circumstances, open your window! We also booked a disabled adapted room, and were surprised that the room had a shower over a bath - hardly easy access, and the only visible aid was a grab-bar next... More

Stopped on our way back home. Not that easy to find the hotel but good when we got there. Friendly lady manager on reception and nice swimming pool to cool down. Bath was a bit slippery when having a shower. Had meal in restaurant next door - not part of hotel but seemingly closely linked. Good meal and reasonably priced.

We were very pleased with the hotel accommodation. We had a little ductility to find the hotel. Although we saw the hotel sign but the road to the hotel is not very clearly marked. Can't not value the restaurant as it was closed. Good restaurants in the area.
