We stopped in Calais for just one night before returning home via eurotunnel. It was quiet and clean, and relatively cheap, but pretty depressing. We slept pretty well, but we wished we'd pressed on as Calais isn't the loveliest place to pass an evening. An adequate way to break up a very long drive!
