our car broke down at this hotel in Calais and the staff were exceptional in assisting us. They gave us coffee whilst we waited for the breakdown recovery guy and gave us directions for a local garage. Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely people.

A convenient stop over for the ferry, easy to find, above average restaurant for a chain and friendly and competent staff. Let down by rather hard bed.
