The location was terrible in the middle of an industrial/hypermarket zone. The staff were friendly but the hotel run down. No lift. But very comfortable bed. Just not worth 117€ without breakfast that I paid. 70€ would have been acceptable-just.

Electricity went off during the evening, didnt come back on until next morning. Couldn't make a drink, no TV, just darkness. In the morning no lights, Then got charged 15 euros for a very poor breakfast. Not even an apology

Hotel staff were very helpful when I needed help with directions (to areas around the hotel/Beauvais) & always cheerful. Room was clean and warm, water was well-heated. We had a lovely stay here. We would normally go out to eat but as there was a lot of snow outside, we had dinner in the restaurant and we were glad we did. It was excellent- great food and excellent service. We would definitely stay there again.

I last stayed at this hotel in 2006, I enjoyed it then so I decided I would stay here again- I am very glad I chose to! The hotel has been completely updated since I last stayed here. All the rooms have flat screen tv's, new beds, and air conditioning! The air conditioning is excellent- gets the room very cold....
