hotel is walking distance from the station, about 10 minutes. When we arrived, we were allocated a room in the Residence which did mean we had to walk 50 metres or so down the road for breakfast. The room was pleasantly furnished with old French furniture which did give the room a nice feel an atmosphere. Although on ground level... More

Just spent one night in this hotel which is in an excellent location in the shadow of the cathedral. We only booked 2 days before and it was the last room available, so I imagine that all the other rooms were much better than this one. It wasn´t in the main hotel but in an additional house a few metres... More

Firstly, there is no restaurant. I'm not sue how they justify this name. Secondly the hotel is split between the main building next the the cathedral and an annex at the other end of the street. I stayed in the annex on the first floor. There was a lush hotel smell I remember only from my childhood, with deliciously crisp... More

We arrived at the Prieure on one of those really hot days in September 2011. Eventually. Having negotiated the Amiens one way system several times we eventually parked as near as we thought we could to the hotel and lugged cases down a street and then over pedestrianised areas to get there. A sweaty experience, but it would have been... More

What a charming hotel!! I was 1/2 a block from the Notre Dame in Amiens, France. The hotel staff were so kind and professional. Our room was so cute with a vaulted, cathedral ceiling and plenty of room. Not the typical closet sized room you get in most of Europe. We really enjoyed our stay here and the hotel seemed... More

We stayed at this hotel for several nights in September. What a gorgeous little hotel! The entry and restaurant ooze European charm, and the rooms are individual and lovely. We stayed in a mult-level room with internal staircase and lovely little balcony. The room was simply fit out but had everything we needed, including free wifi and lots of charm.... More

We stayed here last weekend after reading reviews on Tripadvisor. The hotel is in a pedestrianised area and the nearest parking was closed for refurbishment. So we parked about 5 mins walk away. This was no problem to us. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was perfectly adequate - good size and overlooking the inner courtyard garden. As... More

We stayed here en route to Eurodisney and stayed for two nights. On arrival we had a little difficulty finding reception as that is at the restaurant not at the accomodation which is fifty yards down the street (and that's the address we had). You cannot access the front of the hotel via car as the street is blocked off... More

The Hotel is certainly quaint and the location is perfect. However, I would not stay here again and would not recommended it. The hallway stank of old sewage. The linens on our bed looked unchanged and the pillows smelled of dirt and sweat which did not allow for a good night's sleep. The place needs a good cleaning. Breakfast was... More

This is a pretty hotel close to the Cathedral. We could see the spire of the cathedral from our window. The staff, although they did not speak much English, were helpful and directed us to various restaurants (we managed very well with our very basic French and their very basic English). The dining room where we had breakfast was lovely... More
