I stayed here for study abroad in march. The hotel has a lot of historical value. The soldiers in WWI stayed here. The hotel is very old but very nice. Its very clean. The beds are comfortable. The hotel has a lot of charm. I loved sitting in the window and looking out over the park. The hotel is centrally... More

I stayed here for one night during an Australian battlefields tour with Terres de Memoire. The hotel was good value as I was one my own and easy walking distance of Amiens train station. Also had breakfast included and complementary wifi in the room. The hotel has a lift and the staff are friendly. The bathroom was clean, bed comfortable,... More

Ideally situated for exploring wonderful town of Amiens. It is really old - since first half of the XIXth century. Our double room was quite spacious , the bedding comfortable, windows were new and soundproof. But it urgently needs updating of the bathroom. We had certain trouble with the bathtub. At first it was impossible to close the drain to... More

I should start by saying that this once was an incredibly grand hotel in Amiens, one that would take you back in time. However, it really could do with a good makeover, the bedrooms were on the small side and rather tired. Unfortunately the bathroom was slightly problematic - the shower head had to be propped in place and the... More

Definitely not a 3 star hotel: It does not even have a restaurant: The breakfast is actaully good, the rooms are not.It is dirty and poorly maintained. It is also noisy. The staff are disinterested: There are much better hotels within walking distnce

Shabby and tatty. Some rooms - very small doubles - are more like dark cells, but the flies in residence enjoy them! We refused the room we were offered (number 31 bedroom same size as bathroom atleast 6 flies) and insisted on change which we were given. In new room - style grade, corner - furniture falling apart, drawers stuck/jammed.... More

I stayed here over the Easter weekend with a group from Australia who were attending the Dawn Service on 25th April. The hotel could not have been more helpful - our check in was easily dealt with, information for a chemist that would be open on a Sunday was given and best of all, a full breakfast was provided before... We stayed here for one night after a mix-up with our previously booked B&B. We didn’t have the opportunity to check Trip Advisor and selected this hotel on the basis of convenience. Three of us had rooms 27 (small and cosy but OK for one person) and 28 (large king-bed room). Clean, comfortable and adequate would sum it up. As... More

I stayed for 1 night in this hotel whilst in Amiens on business. My Room (19) was shabby, ill thought out and accessed via a very narrow staircase with a tiny door at the top..... it felt like entering a cupboard. My colleague stayed in Room 22, which on first appearances was better than mine. Upon returning to the hotel... More

With the hotel sign in view as you come out of the railway station, there is no problem finding this hotel. I checked in at midday and was offered information, map and recommendations on the best place to lunch (and the recommendation was good). The room was average for the price but had a comfortable bed and being on a... More
