Nice size room and comfortable bed. Room was smoky though so ask for a non-smoking room if you don't smoke. Servicing was a bit haphazard but it was a busy weekend (ANZAC day). Close to cathedral and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very much enjoyed our overnight stop at this Mercure, very comfortable and clean rooms with nice choice of teas and coffees in room.

A good hotel in an excellent location, just next to the Cathedral. As most Mercure hotels, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Their rooms adapted for wheelchair users are fairly good. The only problem was that the zink in the bathroom is not ideally placed.
