Visited the Western Front with a party of eight. Had to change the booking a couple of times but the hotel was always helpful and friendly. Rooms are basic (no tea making stuff and -strangely - no shower curtains), but clean, warm and comfortable. Slept really well both nights. At least I did apparently there was someone snoring in our...

Far from modern.
Smeely drains.
Tiny room with paper thin walls.
Woken up at 5.45am by a noisy neighbour with the TV on.
Washing facilities grubby.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Smashed my leg on the edge of the best 4 times trying to get to get to my side.
Electric sockets in the room in unusual placed...

Good location with easy parking either in front of hotel (paid during daytime (not Sunday) or garage around the corner.
Friendly staff (and speak English) and clean hotel and clean rooms. Breakfast is ok, bar is ok, but better go to the left of the hotel (if you are facing the front of the hotel).
Good restaurant for fish or...

Arriving on a busy weekend - Sat 27 August - we didn't have a great deal of choice as there was a festival going on. The hotel tried to accommodate our family of 4, but the best they could do was put 3 single beds in one room. The rooms were okay -smallish- at least the bathroom was clean. Another...

Arrived in Arras 1pm on Sunday to find Hotel shut until 5.30pm. Annoying if you have just dragged your luggage from the train station !
No air conditioning so double glazed windows had to be left open with consequent traffic noise problem.
Reasonable size, clean and comfortable room with minimal storage space.
Quite powerful shower over bath but no curtain...
