Ok so the old guy who runs the place or the girl don'tspeak english, so what. They seemed very freindly. Rooms were very modern compared to what else was on offer in Rodez.

In terms of room/bathroom quality, this was excellent.
In terms of welcome/friendliness, a lot of improvement to be made. The receptionist ordered a taxy for us for Rodez Airport (ryanair hasn't planned a bus line for it) at 8.10am. Taxi arrrived at 8 o'clock but as we were told that it would rather come slightly later, taxy driver was waiting...
