We have waited for over a decade for La Bastide to re-open and so we looked forward to having lunch there and although the overall experience was very pleasant the food was a little disappointing. Wow, what a great hotel. When you enter the lobby you are greeted by light, white freshness, wooden floors and really welcoming and friendly staff. The rooms are lovely: big, fresh and airy.
