“Wrong location and tired!”

Arrived today at 1.45pm to check in (check in at 2.00). Given key to room on 2nd floor. Room not cleaned as yet, remnants of previous guest as well as broken toilet seat. Went back to reception. Says he will change the room soon - he is busy (appears to be major lack of staff on first impression) Sit outside... More

Sadly we did not enjoy our two nights at this property very much at all. We arrived at dinner time on a Friday night to discover that the restaurant was closed for the weekend. This property was miles from anywhere, being situated beside a motorway. Impossible to walk anywhere (we did not have a vehicle) and infrequent bus service to... More
