as soon as the doors opened out to a beautiful garden my husband and i knew as soon as we saw it with the view of the beach and the church that it would make the most beautiful setting for a wedding with marquee. Lorna and family were very welcoming highly professional and fantastic caterers and the whole family stayed... More

The view is spectacular, the gardens breathtaking and on a sunny day, what a fabulous place to be. The room we stayed in however was tired, with not enough sockets, we had to unplug the single lamp just to plug in a phone charger and then take it out again to use the hair drier. There are no irons provided... More

A lovely small hotel, in a sheltered valley leading to the sea, not far from Tenby. Great food, very accommodating of the kids, a family room close enough to the lounge area that the child monitor reached. Decor a little tired, but all part of the ambience of an old house by the sea.

My wife and myself stayed for 3 nights as my friend held his wedding reception there. The first impression was not so good as the building looked old and run down but we got a very warm welcome. All of the staff were polite, cheerful and very helpful. Our room was in the main building (the rooms in the coach... More

I don't want to be overly critical but the hotel does have a four star rating... On the plus side the service was friendly and helpful, the food was excellent (would go here for a meal again), the bed comfortable and the view stunning. The interior of the hotel was a little bit shabby (not in a chique way). The... More

Took a last minute 3 night mini-break late August 2012. Knew where the hotel was from past holidays and decided to book. If you want a hotel with modern decor this is not for you, old fashioned but quaint loads of 'antique road show' items on display takes you back years. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food is of top... More

We received a good deal for the time of year on laterooms.com (£100 pn b&b for 2 adults and 2 kids). We travelled two adults one 12yr old and one 5 yr old. We were warmly greeted on arrival, and there is parking on site. The room was ensuite and large enough with a double a single and a sofa... More

Ideal location for views and access to beach. Rooms a little tired but dog friendly. Food was plentiful and menu was not expensive. Our main criticism was the new chef's somewhat weird combos. Fish was good - some of the Jus seemed more like gravy. Warm welcome from owner and staff were very pleasant. We woud return for the peace... More

Excellent dinner in a dining room that offers tremendous views over Manorbier Bay. I think it now styles itself as a 'restaurant with rooms' and I think this reflects reality. Rooms are decent and comfortable and the staff very obliging but one goes there for the food. Top ingredients prepared and presented in an unfussy manner.

We ate here in the Hotel Restaurant one evening during a recent holiday in Manorbier. We were not staying at the Hotel. Very nice evening. Good food, with menu offering a good selection of meat, fish and veggie options. The fish in particular was good - I had the Lemon Sole. Good value for money - not overly expensive. We... More
