This Mercure had probably the tiniest rooms I have seen in Mercure/Novotel hotels. Given that it is located in a relatively modern and purpose-built building, they could have designed with the guests' comfort in mind. But no! Modern interior with efficient air conditioning. As noted before the bedroom area is small but the ensuite is a good size with very good walk in shower. Also liked tea.coffee making facilities in room. Very limited storage with small hanging space in wardrobe and no useful drawers. Did make us keep the room tidy though. This made it seem more... I liked this hotel. It was close to the center of town but still practical for us arriving by car. The hotel has a garage - but if you stay on the weekend it free parking in the streets just around the corner, so we left the car there. The room is very nice - even though it's quite small.... More

Stayed here for no other reason than to break up a journey. Centrally located but hard to find. Maybe should have researched our directions better. Reception efficient. Room rather small for price. Has private parking for a small supplement; this is well advised as the surrounding streets are quite busy. Good selection for a continental breakfast served in comfortable surroundings

centrally located, a short distance to the main tourist area, the hotel offer excellent friendly service, very modern and clean rooms,maybe a bit smallbut best shower for miles. Breakfast was very good, good variety of food. Secure undercover parking is also available. Would recommend to anyone

Hotel and rooms very clean and had a very pleasant stay in this hotel .....nicely located near Jean Jaures square where there is plenty of places to eat and drink. Definately visit 'le chambre ivre' (the drunken camel) for pre dinner drinks located on the square. Gino's a bit further down the square is a good pizza place. Excellent customer... More
