Not an easy place to find (it's actually just to the west of the N114) but when you do it's an amazing place. A good 10 mins drive to the sea, but you can walk into the town centre. Secluded, and relatively quiet when we were there, with lovely outdoor pool area and modern designed rooms. Restaurant prices are not... More

Firstly may I say that this is a genuine and honest review based on our personal experience. The proprietor greeted us on arrival, as we realised on approach to the hotel that it is situated by the autoroute we asked him for a room not overlooking the motorway. He informed us there was one room left and the inferrence waws take... More

Dear Guest, I do indeed remember your visit... It is not that often that our authentic stone walls do remind of a prison cell... :) I am really sorry that our Auberge was not up to your expectations and that the charm of our catalan mas did not act upon you. Best regards, Magalie Tonjum. More

We stayed in Auberge du Roua for 2 nights in mid September. Overall we were very pleased! We stayed in a superior room, which was large, very clean and with a spacious bathroom but unfortunately with no view. The room was very well lit also at night with the possibility to dim the lights, so it can be suitable for... More

Enjoyed our stay here in a lovely room that overlooked a vineyard and mountains as a backdrop. Dinner was lovely, but dear enough. The pool area is very nice and very peaceful. More

From the moment we arrived at the elegant hotel we fell in love with it straight away. I was glad we had chosen this for our 7 night stay in the Argeles sur Mer area. It was exactly what the pictures illustrated on the website and to be there for real was such a pleasant experience. It was a quiet... More

A group of nine of us stayed at the Auberge du Roua in July 2010 taking 5 rooms. From the beginning when I booked the accommodation, via email and on the phone, 6 months earlier Magalie could not have been more helpful. When we arrived Magalie was there to greet us and we were delighted with our choice. The auberge... More

If your in this neck of the woods and you need some peace and some TLC to charge your batteries then this is the place. We've been on the road for a month with a 3month old child and just needed some time out in comfort. Great staff, comfortable hotel, from 65 euros up to 140 odd euros for the... More

A quiet, very elegantly equipped small hotel with a first class restaurant and an interesting wine list. The combination (and the pool) iare delightful. The staff were unobtrusive but professional - just right. Madame is a perfect host. More

We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks in june and we really enjoyed every minutem of our stay. The hotel is cosy, clean and have a good location. The restaurant is really good and the prices are reasonable compared to the very high quality. There is a nice and quiet garden with a good swimming pool. You only have... More

A tastefully decorated hotel in a peaceful location, but not particularly easy to find - even for my satnav - or convenient for the town. This would be alright if the hotel offered a bar and reasonably priced meals but the restaurant was more for the special occasion - very good food - but expensive if using for 2 or... More
