Some rooms have wornout old furniture with unclean curtains and partitions. The TV and internet was not functioning in the second room which was a little better. It was not fixed through out the stay. The hotel does not give any pleasant feelings and is not value for money.

Clean and friendly. Absolutely ideal for the Stade. The room we were given was huge and looked as though it had seen better days. It was very clean though and had bath and separate shower. Very good choice if you need an hotel in this part of the parisian banlieu. Staff was extremely nice, cool & helpful. As for the rooms it is Novotel standards so.... RER stations are walking distance. They are restaurants just outside. Honestly if you need to stay around Le Stade de France this is where you should go....
