Staff was helpful with minor maint, providing coffee and directions. Spoke English well and were friendly. Room was clean. Hotel was not far from tube but far from downtown-a 30min ride to town. More

Staff at this hotel seemed incapable of understanding that tourists have tours to catch. Staff was not able to assist with communicating with clientele over matters such as taxi and shuttle service.
