Comfortable & Friendly & the area is a great location to visit. Whilst I have no adverse comments on the Hotel I would probably recommend that you stay in the next village "Le Mont Dore", a much better location.

really nice town, super hotel in a great location walkable to everything, great room with views, very comfortable large room, good service, the onsite restauraunt is really outstanding and serve local cuisine from the Auvergne region which is tasty and different from my traditional idea of "french food." I enjoyed staying here.

This hotel was part of our France tour. It is a little lovely hotel with great value for money. The rooms are not huge but very clean and tidy and so was the bathroom. Pleased with it , and pleased with the ladies who served us :) very very friendly people!
