just spent a lovely weekend at this nice place in périgord, france. a small castle from it's outer view, but really grand at it's interior. having passed 3 lovely days and 2 convenient nights in an atmosphere very familiar but however being served first-class kind of manner! to recommend "chalureusement"!

The venue is beautiful with great potential: an amazing castle in a perfect location. The swimming pool is really nice and well maintained. The service is minimal. The staff does not know the hotel facilities or the region. The rooms are a joke: old linen, old and uncomrfotable bedding, dusty furniture and 2 star bathrooms.

The Chateau was beautiful, it is romantic and has a rustic charm, it feels every inch an historial setting, set in fields of sunflowers it is so quiet which is rare. We had a fantasic family wedding there, the management and staff worked so hard to make it a fairytale wedding and the food, service and accormodation were excellent.
