We visited here with friends 2006 at the time there were limited facilities but adequate, childrens entertainment, family room and adult only bar ahough open only at weekends, nice food, nice atmosphere, stage/entertainment facilities were quite impressive. My family & I have owned a caravan on site for 3 years and we liked it even before the clubhouse was rebuilt. Now we have the Country Club, we love it. We visited the site for a Bank Holiday break and found the Complex, which had been closed for 3 years, to have opened just 3 days before. Nothing to do here. they are in the process of building a clubhouse, pool etc but at the moment it is the most boring place you could have the misfortune to visit. To make matters worse the owner of the park also has an interest in pigeons...evident by the massive coops on the park. the feeding belt in the coop... More

We stayed for the weekend to get away from it all. Huge mistake as we spent the weekend listening to 90,s rave music being blasted out loudly from a house on the council estate that this place backs onto. really well looked after park, not much entertainment wise (as new club house being built) nice swimming pool with a good range of opening times. Village has a good range of shops and 2 pubs, its only a 20-30 min walk from the park. Nice break and will be even better next year with the addition of a club house.
