Excellent location, friendly staff & clean hotel. However, the hotel is tired and needs updating; the website does not reflect reality. Bathrooms very poor, air conditioning poor & noisy. The location of the hotel is excellent as is lakeside and only a short walk into Desanzano. The views from the hotel and front facing rooms are spectacular.
