Good customer service. Smart rooms. Rooms below the restaurant suffer that perennial problem of hearing the chairs/tables being moved across the marble floor when setting up for breakfast. It is slightly isolated but the hotel provides a mini-bus shuttle service and prepares very useful public transport timetable summaries for guests.

This is a hotel really worth recommending, on all levels. We stayed at the Angiolieri for three nights in April. Top, stunning location, breathtaking room (junior suite "Toe" - it's the best!) Bathroom with views of the Vesuvius, big, gorgeous terrace. Great restaurant. Best: The excellent and friendly service and most charming staff. Very welcoming. Would definitely like to stay there again.... a bit longer next time.

This is such a beautiful hotel, perfect in every sense. A stunning setting, lovely rooms and excellent breakfasts. We were the first group in after the winter closure, so initially a few hiccoughs with 'electrics' and water, all solved quickly and efficiently by the charming staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, or to visit again.
