We arrived with a tour group, none of the rooms ready, rooms un clean, no hot water, a/c not working...room temp was 28 degrees. Horrible experience will never stay there agin or even reccomend it. More

Classic 5 star appearence but let down by service! We stayed for 10 nights and the first morning there was no hot water - thankfully rectified by the next day.
