We recently stayed for 3 days at this hotel and although the rooms are only basic (but clean) the stay was made special by the friendliness of the owner, the beautiful gardens (with tortoises!), and the food. There's no point eating elsewhere in the evening when you can sit outside on the hotel's verandah overlooking Lake Maggiore and enjoy the... More
