My husband and I stayed in Villa Adriana for one night as part of a trip to Varese (we came over for a wedding). Adriana was really quick to reply and there was no problem changing the date of our stay, as we had booked the wrong night. Great service and hospitality. Thanks again Adriana! Therese

“Youth hostel at best, worst customer service imaginable”

This “villa” is a youth hostel at best. It is located on a very busy and noisy street, facilities that are dilapidated, with an unacceptable level of customer service orientation. Stayed in Villa Adriana in Varese, owned by a very nice lady. Stayed in an ensuite room but bed is rather small for 2 people however with the given price it is acceptable. parking and breakfast is included.
