This B&B is wonderful and a true gem among the traditional mountain stone long houses in the Piedmont area. A stay here is highly recommended to give you a feel of the relaxed country life this region enjoys and a taste of the local culture. The owners are from the UK and Italy and both are friendly and willing to help with anything you need. They are also very knowledgeable about the history of the area and the history of the long houses. We were very impressed with their recommendations for hikes and restaurants. They even provided us with much needed information for finding our way around Torino and Pinerolo.
The home seems to be kept as original as possible, dating back to the early 17th century (possibly older). It has been updated on the inside to accommodate most modern conveniences but it is charming in the fact that most of the rooms are still intact. The roof is the traditional slate and there is one out building where the breakfasts were served.
