Rooms are compact, but sufficient and clean. Very good variety at breakfast unless you are from the American South (no grits or fried critters with gravy). Staff is very friendly and treated us like invited guests.

Villa Luisa is in an excellent central position for touring Umbria. our room was excellent with a good balcony with view over the valley.
