Following weeks in Lombardy and Tuscany, we decided to head for the coast and came upon Termoli in Molise. The centro storico is beautiful and is where the sveva apartments are. A lovely place with individual rooms around a square in the centre of old town. The rooms are done beautifully & have great bathrooms. Stayed three nights here, and we were delighted with our choice. Being an "Albergo Diffuso", the rooms are located throughout the walled section of Termoli Old Town. Head for the Castle, near the Port, then the Cathedral, and you will find the reception. A five minute walks takes you to the main "walking" street where people promenade at the weekends.... More
