The hotel has been recently refurbished, our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean; Very good king-size bed, bedlinen and towels of good quality. Breakfast was good and mainly sweet oriented, with plenty of brioche/cakes and pastry (this is Italy after all!), but cereal, fruit and yoghurt were always present. Wonderful updated/remodeled rooms. Very clean and fresh. Housekeeping staff were outstanding! Always going ubove and beyond their duties. The air conditioner unit was not functioning properly and the housekeeper was always willing to help get it started. Do not know why the front desk clerk(failed to get his name) was not able to get an electric technician in to fix... More

The room was beautiful and fresh. The staff could not do enough for us. Order a bottle of wine and sit under the vines and soak in Spoleto. It is worth putting Spoleto on your agenda when you can stay at a place like this! More

The newly renovated rooms are smart and very comfortable. It is run by friendly staff who respond to your whim. Excellent, friendly service. Small but attractively furnished single room, newly renovated, with great hot water and comfortable, roomy bed. Very conveniently placed for access to the whole city and especially useful was the garage for parking. An extra service was a very reasonably-priced dinner booked at a lovely restaurant with great food and service, and charged to one's hotel bill.... More
