Hotel Charleston is very centrally located in the old town of Spoleto with an excellent staff from Reception to the breakfast room. Everyone helps you with a smile. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently been renovated. The rooms we had were spacious and clean. The hotel is well situated for sightseeing, shopping and eating out. A very enjoyable stay.

Great location, Spoleto was an unexpected jewel. The staff was friendly and accomodating, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great value and a no brainer return visit. So central to other great locations. Wonderful food options.

This hotel was fantastic: very clean, simply appointed, unfussy, and "modern" - which is rare in Italy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were totally, 100% pleased here and we would return in a heartbeat.
